Job Summary: The Manager is responsible for all aspects of the business. An overview of responsibilities includes guest experience, quality of product, the development of their team, all operations of the store, and community outreach. The manager should possess an owner mentality. The manager should be capable to be innovative and driven to create a strategy and achieve results for the business. Above all, the Manager ultimately understands the guests are the foundation of the business and leads the store and the team with the same mentality.

Team Management:
Skilled in recruiting, training, and supervising new staff- hiring, firing, developing, conducting quarterly performance evaluations
- Ability to understand their team, place team members in appropriate roles, constantly work to develop employees to be able to grow within the company

Facilities/Corporate:
Responsibilities: Obtain Serv Safe certification, practice proper food safety, and hold employees to the same values
- Receive 98% on health department inspections
- Produce results that meet or exceed the company’s quarterly and annual sales goals
- Innovate and create new ideas that will increase business (sales and productivity)
- Track material and supply inventory and place orders
- Assume full accountability for all P&L results: labor, food costs, and other variables
- Maintain a high standard of quality hygiene, health, and safety
- Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage, and labor costs daily
- Constantly monitor the store and take appropriate action to ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
- Ensure facility and equipment are maintained to company standards
- Make decisions, take risks, and speak to your business

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to keep calm and effectively communicate during high-pressure and transaction-heavy time periods
- Works well with others and builds a strong team
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Maintain a high standard of quality hygiene, health, and safety

Pay: $41,600.00 - $50,000.00 per year
