As a Juicerista, your heart beets for the community. You are the first face the guest sees when they walk through the door. You get to know the guests that come through the door, and welcome them into the juice squad with open arms. Responsibilities:
● Work constantly to uphold the Clean Juice 10 core values
● Deliver an exceptional guest experience coupled with quality product in a timely fashion
● Practice strong communication skills with our guests, the shift leader on duty, and your manager
● Actively make decisions to uphold a great guest experience
● Maintain a clean work environment - Can’t be afraid to get your hands dirty!
● Abide by all health code requirements to ensure the store maintains a 98% or above.
● Manage the sales of the store by taking orders and ringing up guests
● Adhere to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance
● Adhere to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling
● Perform other duties assigned by management
