Job Summary: The Shift Leader is responsible for training, directing, and assisting employees and for the overall operation of the store.
These are the store’s most capable Juiceristas.
They are the acting manager on duty during their shifts.
Shift Leaders oversee that we deliver a quality product while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Shift Leaders are efficient in opening and closing the business. They are empowered to make decisions and answer all guests’ questions.
Take initiative and are proactive in completing and delegating store tasks
Key holders of the store
Scheduled for opening and/or closing shifts
Can hold the team accountable to keep up with Clean Juice standards and procedures
Are eligible for promotions for management positions
Responsibilities:
Work constantly to uphold Clean Juice’s 10 core values
Deliver an exceptional guest experience and ensure all team members do the same
Oversee that we deliver a quality product in a timely fashion.
Resolve complaints and troubleshoot problems when the GM or AM aren’t present
Be efficient in both opening and closing the business
Manage daily sales goals and labor
Keep organized books with necessary daily forms
Be efficient in all POS tasks such as issuing refunds, gift cards, pay-outs, etc.
Maintain a clean work environment
Ensure daily tasks are completed before the end of each shift
Ensure the store is in pristine condition at the end of each shift
Handle cleanse orders and cleanse binder/calendar
Be efficient in accepting orders, writing checks, filing invoices, etc.
Adhere to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance
Adhere to health and safety standards when handling food
Qualifications:
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
