Profile Summary:
The Store Associate is responsible to assist in the total relationship between Clean Origin’s retail store/eCommerce platform and its customers. The Store Associate will assist in consistent delivery of the vision and strategy; in collaboration with their Manager and Team, which results in building a customer-first, customer-centric mindset and unifies the way all Customers view Clean Origin. The Store Associate will be responsible for assisting in the persistent focus on the customer experience that will ultimately lead to revenue and profits. The Store Associate reports directly to the Store/Area Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
· Engage Customers to help them determine their needs and requirements
· Present jewelry and share detailed information about the product
· Provide information about financing options
· Meet individual and Team goals
· Build long lasting relationships and create a lifetime customer following by actively staying on the Customer’s journey/agenda
· Ensure accurate inventory management and safety
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Contributes to an environment of total customer satisfaction by making the customer's needs the first priority.
· Exerts maximum effort to achieve store sales projections.
· Assists on sales floor and CX chat, virtual appointments, and CX calls.
· Maintains daily focus on Customer first interactions.
· Adheres to all policies and procedures.
· Participates in sales and technology training, and store meetings.
· Learns all features and benefits of the merchandise. Provides expert knowledge regarding quality, value, warranties and services. Completes Gemology courses.
· Acts in a manner to earn the respect of others. Maintains a neat, professional appearance.
· Projects a positive, enthusiastic attitude to achieve store goals.
· Engages in a cooperative, teamwork environment.
· Assists and handles customer complaints quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
· Assists in implementing and administering merchandise and advertising programs, merchandise displays in showcases and inventories as directed.
· Monitors the sale ability of merchandise by spot checking cases and displays for proper tickets that are clean and legible. Also ensure that merchandise is properly displayed.
· Develops a full understanding of all sales, credit, administrative and security policies, procedures and duties. Develops a full understanding of store promotions.
· Assists in store maintenance, both inside and outside.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements for the position
To fulfill this Customer centric role, the Store Associate must possess jewelry knowledge and leadership skills, including:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail, store operations, jewelry and customer experience
· Possesses a true passion for customer success
· Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and time/project management skills
· Flexibility in scheduling to meet customer needs with short turnaround
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
