SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Project Manager for the Enhancements Department assumes responsibility for the successful and profitable management of construction crews, customers, and equipment/materials for all accounts assigned. The Enhancements Project Manager makes assignments by defining objectives, priorities, and deadlines based on client expectations.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client projects and coordinate job timing and specifics for excellent results reflected in execution and profitability
  • Work seamlessly and communicate well with general contractors, subcontractors, clients, and foremen to provide best customer service and highest quality service
  • Ensure all work is done in a safe and compliant manner
  • Control the flow of materials and spoils removal
  • Order and procure materials and equipment for upcoming jobs and provide purchase orders to vendors
  • Hire, train and develop crew members; plan, assign, and direct work; reward, discipline, address complaints and resolve problems with employees

  • Exceptional customer service and delivery to all clients—being pro-active, building loyalty, customer satisfaction and follow through
  • Maintain administrative continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Work with people from all backgrounds emphasizing communication for cooperation and collaboration
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • While a degree is impressive, we recognize that what’s on paper doesn’t define you. Many of us have honed our craft at work rather than school. We’ll consider both as a foundation of talent.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This role involves heavy lifting, manual dexterity, and various physical tasks in diverse Texas weather conditions. Safety and awareness are crucial, especially when handling machinery and equipment.
