What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at Clean Team?
As an Operations Manager you will work closely with franchisees to provide orientation, certification training, and business development services that help grow business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Grow the branch through Sales and Retention of customers
- As a Subject Matter Expert, you will train and develop new and existing franchisees
- Act as a liaison between the customer and franchisee
- Manage new Customer Start-up processes
- Inspect all customer accounts, documenting and communicating findings
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Develop constructive relationships with franchisee and evaluate their developmental for coaching and training needs
- Formulate, interpret, and implement operating practices
- Help Franchisees maintain a healthy relationship with their customers and offer guidance to resolving customer concerns
- Document appropriate business records and forms
- Manage and maintain relationships with local vendors
- Maintain Franchisee Fulfillment and Upgrade Process
Qualifications
- Experience with training and business development duties
- Experience with business-to-business sales
- Experience in small business management preferred
- Ability to effectively train, consult, and provide direction and assistance to business owners
- Ability to exercise discretion and judgement
- Motivating and outgoing personality a must
- Have demonstrated outstanding communication and public speaking skills
- Strong ethics and values
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include some evenings and weekends
