Job Summary:
Growing commercial cleaning company seeks experienced Business Development Manager in the Environmental Services industry to be based in Puget Sound area. This role requires a leader with a passion for delivering results and strong interest in strategy, relationship sales, marketing, analytics, and business expansion. This position will require regional travel on a regular basis for in person meetings and presentations, as well as virtual meetings daily.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Identifying accounts that are under-served and establishing strong relationships for scalable growth
- Pipeline development and management of the account
- Deal negotiations and closure
- Contributing to and leading regular business updates and progress to leadership
- Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders across functions to deliver results
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly customer and manufacturer “touches” through documented communications in the CRM.
- Responsible for maintaining current marketing materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system
- Proven negotiating skills and influencing abilities
- Ability to create and implement a strategic vision
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to function well in an evolving environment and to work effectively across internal and external teams
The commission for this position is residual and uncapped
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
