About the Opportunity
As the Risk & Resilience Manager, you will report to the General Manager of Legal & Governance and lead the management of CleanCo’s enterprise risk and resilience functions. This includes crisis management, business continuity, and emergency response to ensure we stay ahead in a constantly changing environment. Your expertise will shape our risk strategy, ensuring resilience across our operations and developing projects, and you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a culture that thrives on preparedness and innovation. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Lead and manage the implementation of CleanCo’s risk and resilience systems, including governance frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Guide strategic risk management efforts and support scenario planning for business-critical decisions.
- Drive our crisis, security, and business continuity management functions to new levels of efficiency and impact.
- Advise on risk strategies to address CleanCo's most pressing challenges.
- Partner with key stakeholders to provide insights, improve systems, and lead training initiatives to strengthen risk management expertise across the organisation.
About you
- Extensive experience in risk management and resilience leadership
- Strong judgment, integrity, and a collaborative mindset
- Expertise in crisis management, security, and business continuity planning
- A proven leader with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in risk, governance or a related field.
