Job Details:
- Full-time positions.
- This is a rotating schedule with daytime hours, Monday through Friday, or Sunday through Thursday, day shift only.
- You will always have two consecutive days off, unless you volunteer to pick up an extra day.
- Sunday availability is a must.
- We strive to accommodate time-off requests with reasonable notice to help our team live their best life.
Pay:
- Starting pay is $14 per hour with a switch to commission-based pay after a 7-14 day probation period.
- Our current employees make between $200-$900 per week depending on the number of days worked.
- You will have the ability to manage your earnings through your own efficiency, effectiveness, and availability after thorough training.
- Payday is every Friday.

Qualifications:
- Smartphone with texting capabilities.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proof of driver's license.
- Proof of vehicle insurance.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to do physical labor such as pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, lifting, etc.
- Willingness to drive in winter weather.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision while staying on task.
Some Details About the Job:

- Must have access to working vehicle and working cell phone each workday.
- Must be reliable with a solid attendance record
- Must be able to consistently lift 20Lbs., bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day.
Termination:
- Excessive absences during your first 90 days, or exceeding 2 unexcused absences in your first 30 days or 4 unexcused absences in 6 months.
- Cleaning "on the side" or stealing our customers.
- Excessive complaints from clients, not following instructions, adverserial conduct.
- Theft, drug abuse, alcohol abuse.
