You will use your analytical and creative skills to drive talent and assist the organization in hiring top talent in various projects, recruitment events and talent brand campaigns. You will be required to effectively multitask while maintaining the highest level of internal and external customer satisfaction. Key components of your job will include building and improving Clear Capital’s recruiting process, previewing and piloting new recruiting tools, reporting and metrics, candidate experience, and interview scheduling activities.
What you will work on
- Create a welcoming and positive candidate experience through various projects and programs
- Manage and develop talent brand campaigns on various platforms and at events
- Own the logistics portion of the candidate journey including: interview scheduling, managing travel and reimbursements, editing and updating offer letters, and coordinating all the onboarding tasks with our internal partners (service desk, people ops, facilities etc.)
- Develop reporting and analytics on key talent acquisition metrics on a weekly basis.
- Evaluate and improve talent processes: ensure these processes are implemented and consistently followed
- Serve as the Jobvite Administrator helping to automate the recruitment and onboarding process
Who we are looking for
- 2 years as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Executive Admin or Operations
- You are keenly organized, detail oriented and have strong follow through
- You are a team player and like helping others achieve their goals
- You have the passion and energy to support a fast-paced environment and create order out of chaos and thrive in change
- You are service minded, customer focused with a drive to create an exceptional candidate experience
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, HR, or Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience
