What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at Clear Choice Tax Services?
We need more help! We are a busy tax, bookkeeping and payroll office providing full services for small businesses. This position will "own" the client experience by greeting clients, tracking paperwork, processing payments, collection activity, opening and closing procedures, and some light housework. Quickbooks skills & exposure to a tax office can be helpful as each of our front desk staff provides support for one of our three focus areas: tax, accounting, or administrative services. If you love helping people, have great attention to detail and truly want to make a difference, this position may be perfect for you!
Normal hours are M-F 9 am - 5 pm. During tax time, we expand to M-F 9 am to 7 pm, and Saturdays 10 am to 3 pm. We don't work Sundays.

As an essential business, our office is still open. We are minimizing contact by asking clients to use our secure online portal, our bank level secure drop box, or our DRIVE-THROUGH. We are requesting telephone appointment as much as possible.
