Call Center Team Representative

Position: Call Center Representative (Bedford- in office) 

Hours are 10am-6pm

Summary: Our Call Center Representatives are individuals that provide 5-star customer service to our patients and thepublic over the phone. Answering questions about our services, insurances, billing, etc. Our Call Center located in our Bedford, NH office

Duties and Responsibilities: Call Center Rep’s tasks include but are not limited to:
• Answering questions about our centers and the services we offer.
• Collaborate with call center team members to provide feedback to our patient’s questions
• Retrieve and provide lab results from our online database for our patients
• Remotely support our Registration staff with patient registration, linking scanned documents and
• answering calls.
• Transferring calls to appropriate departments.

• Be able to balance speed and accuracy

Education & Experience
• High School Degree required.
• 1 or more years of customer service experience.
• 1-3 years of Call Center experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated good judgement, initiative and patient interaction skills.

Supervisory Responsibility: This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment: Work is performed in our Bedford, NH telehealth and call center office, cubicle environment.

Physical Demands: This is a largely sedentary role; position required extensive use of computer systems.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, Call Center hours of operation are 8am-8pm Monday- Friday and your shift will be scheduled between those hours.
