We are seeking an individual to be an integral team player to support our marketing organization. The ideal candidate is an intellectually curious individual, independent and self-motivated who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders across numerous go-to-market functions and with key members of our executive team.
This position will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
As Marketing Operations Manager, you will own and continuously optimize ClearDATA’s marketing tech stack. You will partner with the marketing and sales teams to build infrastructure that equips marketing with clear actionable data and ensure investments have measurable ROI.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop new attribution and tracking methodologies that measure the ROI of new and existing marketing programs (i.e. paid, organic, field events, nurturing programs, etc.)
- Manage database hygiene and optimization.
- Develop/execute strategy for monitoring and improving gaps in data health and marketing automation performance.
- Optimize lead/account scoring (behavioral, firmographic, and predictive models) and lead/account routing methodologies to ensure the highest quality leads are passed and prioritized appropriately for qualification
- Drive alignment between marketing and sales on joint metrics and ensure operational support for the sales development team.
- Provide clear and timely communication regarding project status to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project reviews and provide analysis and insights to relevant senior leaders.
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing data capabilities through regular analysis of root cause challenges and remediation plan development and implementation
Skills Required:
- 8 years of Marketing Ops and/or comparable RevOps / Sales Ops experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology landscape, measurement, and attribution approaches.
- Experience managing marketing automation platforms like Pardot or Marketo and the sales platform Salesforce.
- A strong track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional relationships and a demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and possess strong leadership and troubleshooting abilities.
- A history of performance excellence with a demonstrated ability to balance big-picture thinking with detail-focused execution.
- Strong presentation and presentation design skills
