What are the responsibilities and job description for the Metaphysical Store Manager position at Cleared Calm and Balanced?
Cleared Calm and Balanced is a metaphysical store in Maple Valley, Washington that is passionate about helping our community and ensuring everyone we encounter leaves feeling better than when they came. We offer a multitude of wares from crystals, tarot and oracle decks, teas, candles etc. and services ranging from tarot readings, energy healings and classes on varying subjects!
We are looking for a driven and organized individual to help take our store to the next level! Our ideal person is looking for a full time position and either is experienced with offering tarot readings or willing to learn.
This position is responsible for:
Assisting customers with recommendations on items for their needs
Learning and staying up to date on products and services offered
Training of current and future employees on company procedures and protocols
Maintaining and auditing store inventory and assist with ordering
Maintain store cleanliness and create attractive displays
Assist with planning store events directly with our VP of operations.
Social Media marketing
Creating and managing store scheduling
