ClearStaff Villa Park are in search of an for a clerical assistant for a company in the Elk Grove Village area.
Schedule: - 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday paying at $15.00/hr
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Proficient in using office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines
- Knowledge of basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to pass Pre-employment screening (Drug test, Background Screening, & E-verify) - Current Copy of resume required to submit to customer
