What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Programmer/Operator position at ClearStaff, Inc.?
Do you want to learn a trade and earn money at the same time? Client company in Hanover Park/Bartlet has several machine Operators (CNC) positions to fill.
- $18-$20 with basic CNC experience (Basic Machine operation skill required)
- $21-$24 if you have 3 years of previous experience in CNC machining
Schedule:
- 2nd shift Mon-Fri 4PM-2AM. Additional OT offered as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Start the machine and perform start up inspection
- Ensure that proper gauging is being used for the job
- Read and understand blueprints
- Produce high precision components according to the blueprint
- Produce high precision components at rate
- Perform all necessary part inspection using gauging instruments specified in the inspection sheet
- Perform necessary statistical process control
- Clean the workstation, check machine fluid levels and refill as needed
- Understand company software and other related company operating systems
Requirements:
- Able to lift 30-50lbs continuously
- Must be able to work fast pace environment
- able to work 8-12 Shift
- Able to lift /stand/bend continuously during entire shift
- Able to pass Pre-employment screening (Drug test, Background Screening, & E-verify)
