Responsibilities:
- Manages daily installation and service operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinates appointments and schedule installations, optimizing routes and timelines.
- Utilizes CRM software to maintain customer records, track interactions, and calculate pre-audits.
- Intakes new customers and follows up on leads to support sales.
- Contacts customers (via phone, email, or text) for ETAs, schedule nuances, and post-installation to ensure satisfaction, request reviews, and/or address any concerns.
- Collect payments from customers and maintains accurate contact records.
- Prepares and distributes weekly lead, sales, and installation reports to communicate progress and keep the team up to date.
- Supports office digitization of customer documentation and communications.
- Naturally seeks to learn efficiency and best practices using technology.
- Schedules and coordinates office meetings, birthday and holiday celebrations.
- Experience as office, project, or operations manager.
- Excels with a diversity of responsibilities and is highly organized.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software; Marketsharp or Salesforce experience is a
- Knowledge of payment processing (Square) and financial record-keeping procedures.
- Friendly, fun, and positive attitude with a customer-oriented approach.
