The Client Support Specialist is a critical part of Clearwave’s growth strategy and is responsible for helping to drive client satisfaction and retention.  The Client Support Specialist works directly with clients to provide product support and resolve client issues.  Clearwave is looking for an individual who is inherently a customer advocate who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Providing support, problem-solving, and consultative services to Clearwave clients
  • Managing the service request process including tracking, escalation, and completion of requests in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams on the client’s behalf
  • Collaborating with development and product teams to provide input on product functionality and product defects
  • Providing an outstanding client experience and identifying opportunities for an improved client experience beyond the initial encounter
  • Working on special projects as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, 4-year college or university
  • 2 years’ experience in a customer support role with a Software As A Service (SAAS) company
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills in working with a variety of people at various levels within and outside the organization
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based environment
  • Ability to work independently to complete tasks on time, with attention to detail, and with a regard for excellence in all deliverables
