Serves as the initial point of contact for employee and manager inquiries via ASK-HR and Chat. Provides information on policies, processes, and programs across a broad range of HR topics. Supports the HRSC team with data entry into PeopleSoft. Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
50% - Essential - Customer Service: Answers incoming inquiries via phone, ASK-HR, chat and e-mails from employees and management regarding HR related questions and issues, including HR issues, benefits, as well as University and HR related policies, payroll, and HR processes in a service center environment. Provides employees with accurate, consistent, and timely responses/explanations regarding basic HR related questions and issues with the goal to solve the question or issue at the first initial contact and exceed customer expectations. Update and maintain Social Intents for Ask-HR/Chat.
30% - Essential - Data Entry: Performs data entry as needed or requested in a timely manner, including offer letters, job postings, new hires, personnel actions, performance reviews, etc. adhering to Data Center priority levels and Office of Human Resources guidelines.
20% - Essential - Teamwork and Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts and HR leadership to design, develop, improve and implement HR programs and processes. Identify continuous improvement opportunities regularly to exceed internal(OHR) and external customer expectations. Assists with covering the front reception desk and collaborates with the data center regularly. Support and provide assistance to the HR Service Mangers as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education - 1st Bachelor's Degree - and experience in human resources management programs.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Work Exp 1 years.
Customer Service Experience Preferred.
