Duties:                        The Pediatrician at the Department of Primary Care Pediatrics within Cleveland Clinic Community Care provides services at Stephanie Tubbs Jones Family Health Center (13944 Euclid Avenue, East Cleveland, OH  44112) and Fairview Westown Physician Center (10654 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44111). He or she provides primary care and acute, urgent outpatient care and follow up to pediatric patients, from newborn to 21 years of age. Those in this position provide well child care, which includes immunizations, delivery, developmental screening, nutrition and activity assessments, injury prevention, sexual activity education and anticipatory guidance. Acute care encompasses sick visits and injury assessments. The Pediatrician prescribes medication and recommends dietary and activity programs as indicated by diagnosis, and refers patients to medical specialists as needed.

Requirements:           At a minimum, the position requires MD or foreign equivalent as determined by a credentials evaluation or evidenced by an ECFMG certificate, Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Pediatrics, and eligibility for Ohio Medical licensure.

Salary:                        Commensurate with qualifications and experience ($233,690 per year)
