As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will work with clients to deliver exceptional service. This involves being the point of sale for all Domestic & International travel requirements, arranging both routine and complex travel for air, rail, car, and Hotel accommodations. Provide consultative advice, solutions, and recommendations. Quickly respond to, act on special customer requests, and maintain excellent client relations
Qualifications
- Have effective communication skills, written and oral
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask with several websites and programs
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
- Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
