At Click Here Digital, we see creative design as visual storytelling that engages, informs and inspires. We are looking for an experienced Creative Manager who can manage our in-house creative team, take conceptual ideas and create visual representations. You will collaborate with internal teams in order to take ideas and convert them into designs that connect with client needs. Full-Time. Work In-Office Monday-Friday. 8:30am - 5:30pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Manage and motivate a growing team of Creative Designers
Build a department structure that allows for increased communication and support
Interview and hire new talent into the department
Manage, measure, and report weekly on team bandwidth and resources to communicate with the executive team
Support in new hire training
Work with internal departments and Operations to improve processes.
Prioritize and complete creative requests within the given time frame.
Execute & meet monthly deadlines
Maintain a high attention-to-detail throughout all creative processes.
Create Motion Graphics for video advertising
Self-manage your portfolio of clients with full accountability and high collaboration with account managers and other fulfillment team members.
Stay up to date on current creative trends and continue expanding knowledge within Adobe Creative Suite software.
Prioritize creative tasks to ensure Banners and Offer-based remarketing are ready to go live as early as possible in the month.
Actively communicate & answer all executive members, directors and account managers.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Fulfillment on all current creative strategy & budget to ensure advertising goals are aligned with customer/business goals.
Actively communicate with the director about bandwidth, morale, ability to meet deadline(s), etc.
Stay up-to-date with shifts in the automotive industry regarding market trends, car sales, compliance standards, etc.
Stay up-to-date with Social Media industry trends & best practices.
Present new creative ideas that may help to improve our business and bandwidth.
Learn other parts of the digital marketing business within our organization including SEM, SEO, DV, Social, CTV/OTT, etc.
