What does Client Focus do?
Our Customer Service employees work closely with State Farm Insurance Agents to schedule appointments for their existing clients to review their current policies. The goal is to make sure policyholders leave feeling protected and aware of what policies they have.
What does the day-to-day look like?
Maintain a workload of 20-25 agents.
Produce 150-200 outbound calls per day to clients to schedule insurance reviews.
Call to confirm appointments the day before.
Re-schedule any missed appointments.
Monthly check-ins with agents to ensure they remain on service.
Provide excellent customer service to clients.
Collaborate with other teams in the call center to produce high quality results.
Requirements:
Employees who can work full-time 40-hour weeks.
Must have quiet uninterrupted workspace away from distractions
Ability to communicate via phone, and e-mail.
Willing to communicate with team members.
Able to work under low supervision.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Good typing skills.
