HR Specialist

This is a 3 Month Contract (plus possible extensions into 2023)

40 hours per week, W2 benefits

This is a contract position starting at a three-month duration with possible extensions and will be a mostly remote position with the exception of in-person training and one in-person team meeting once a month. The COVID vaccination is not required, and job offer is contingent upon passing a standard background check.

Desired Skills and Experience *

• Experience in an administrative focused position, ideally related to HR or Recruitment
• Technical savviness including experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and basic organizational functions on Excel (creating charts, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills

Plusses

• Experience with Neogov recruiting software (or similar)

Day-to-Day *

Insight Global is looking for an HR Recruiting Technician to support a government entity in Boulder, Colorado to support their recruiting team with administrative duties. The HR Recruiting Technician’s responsibilities are broken up into three main categories: recruiting tasks, onboarding tasks, and special projects which include, but are not limited to the tasks below:

• Assists managers and supervisors with recruitment of personnel utilizing NeoGov recruitment software
• Reviews personnel requisitions for position vacancies for recruitment of qualified applicants
• Prepares and distributes job announcements and advertising for vacant positions for placement on appropriate media outlets and professional organizations
• Prepares supplemental questions for minimum and preferred requirements
• Maintains applicant tracking and notification system within NeoGov
• Performs special Human Resources projects of complex administrative, technical or confidential nature

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
