Job Description
We are seeking a Staffing Vendor Management Project Manager for a contract-to-hire role onsite/ in the office in Englewood. CO during normal business hours. Monday- Friday (there are no remote options).
Have you managed an enterprise project that implemented a Vendor Management System or managed contract labor spend for a large (multi-office) organization, or managed MSP projects where you were responsible for managing contract labor spend and potentially the MSP/VMS program itself? If so, we would like to speak with you!
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Assist with selection of software package used to manage the hiring, on-boarding, management of and payment for contract labor
- Collaborate with multiple departments in rolling out the selected VMS and using the MSP's preferred providers.
- Work closely with the IT, Data Analytics, Purchasing, and Category Management teams to support internal customers in sourcing and implementing the right products at the right time and price
- Manage the contract labor spend
- Develop policies and procedures
- Manage partnerships as they pertain to the VMS or MSP program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
- Experience Managing a VMS/MSP implementation and/or ongoing program for a large organization.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects which are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, as well as managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Demonstrated experience developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Knowledge of standard business principles and practices of purchasing, including ethics and standards, bid preparation and evaluation, competitive bidding procedures, quality control, inventory standards, and control; data collection techniques for establishing sources of supply, product, and vendor information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
