JOB OVERVIEW
You will be an integral member of the Guest Experience Team which strives to elevate the guest experience through critically evaluating the hotel experience, cross-departmental communication, and comprehensive pre-planning. You will warmly engage guests through soliciting leads and proactive outreach prior to arrival, assist with ensuring their travel itinerary, reservations, and overall experience details are finalized before their arrival to the hotel to maximize recreational revenue. You will be able to promote hotel services and amenities and connect guests to local and authentic experiences in the community.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Enthusiastically and with a smile, answer all incoming calls in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Share personal passion and knowledge of hotel amenities and bookable experiences.
- Actively listen and use your exceptional written and verbal communication skills to better understand guest preferences and confidently connect guests with unique and unforgettable experiences in the local area.
- Collaborate with Leisure Sales, Concierge, Hotel Outlets, and Reservations, to build and monitor guest profiles and itineraries to ensure a seamless process from booking to arrival.
- Responsible for pulling reports and outreach of guests 60 to 90 days ahead of arrival, including VIPs and high spend guests.
- Have an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
QUALITIFICATIONS
- Flexibility. This is a demanding business, and we look for flexibility with workdays and hours, but it’s also a lot of fun!
- Experience. Previous experience booking and recommending dining, spa, or recreational experiences. Excellent phone and email skills are required.
- People person. The best part of serving others is creating experiences for them that go beyond the expected.
- Great communicator. Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and through legible writing.
Salary : $21,900 - $27,700
