This hospital system is known throughout Dallas Fort Worth for providing outstanding care to all patients they serve. This Magnet Designated hospital has over 250 beds and provides award-winning specialty services ranging from emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, women’s services, and more.
The CVOR Registered Nurse Coordinator will serve as a unit leader, utilizing their advanced clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to lead their OR team. In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, the CVOR Registered Nurse Coordinator will plan patient care needs, assure availability of necessary equipment prior to each procedure, and will participate in mentorship and training of CVOR staff. Reporting directly to the Nurse Manager, the CVOR Registered Nurse Coordinator will assist in management duties, quality improvement measures, and development of policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have cardiovascular operating room experience and will be passionate about supporting their team.
