A newly opening for a Clinical Nurse Recruiter just became available at a large non-profit medical center in sunny Central California. The Clinical Nurse Recruiter must be a Registered Nurse and is eligible for RN sign on bonuses.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Clinical Nurse Recruiter will work alongside three other Hospital Recruiters of various specialties. The available Clinical Nurse Recruiter role focuses on Registered Nurses from staff to senior leadership. The Clinical Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers throughout the organization in multiple departments.
The Clinical Nurse Recruiter will market the hospital to prospective employees, interview applicants for open positions, facilitate hiring decisions, and oversee the hiring process. The Clinical Nurse Recruiter will foster relationships with nursing programs, recruitment sources, nursing associations, and community contacts.
