What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNO position at Clinical Management Consultants?
A new opportunity for a CNO has become available in Western Idaho at a well accredited critical access facility known for their state-of-the-art technology and highly experience medical professionals working there. This community is filled with hard working physicians, nurses, etc. that are working towards improving standards and going above and beyond hospital goals.
The CNO takes a big role at this hospital as they will be responsible and accountable for the overall coordination of clinical activities for all departments within the hospital. Reporting directly up to the CEO, the CNO is a member of the executive leadership team and must be ready to make big decisions and attend monthly meetings while being so. 5-10 years in an acute care setting with at least 3 years of Director level experience is extremely important for consideration at this time. Not to mention, having previous experience within a critical access healthcare organization is mandatory for consideration.
This CNO will have the opportunity to live in a smaller city that is located near beautiful mountains. With seasonal changes from fishing, hiking, and mountain biking in the summer to skiing, snowmobiling, etc in the winter, weather makes outdoor activities optional year round The hospital is located near great schools and affordable housing.
