An exciting growth opportunity has recently opened in California’s Central Valley for a Nursing Director to lead Quality Management in this trusted community medical center.

The Nursing Director of Quality will lead multiple, complex programs and projects that will improve the operations and safety for the staff, patients, and community. While coordination of the Performance Enhancement and Nursing Programs will be a priority, the Director of Quality Management will also have many opportunities to help the hospital grow sustainably.

By overseeing the clinical quality, accreditation, and regulatory processes, you will ensure that evidence-based practices are followed and continuing staff education & involvement isn’t neglected. Reporting to the Vice President of Quality, Risk, and Safety, and working in collaboration with the Medical / Nursing Leadership and other administrative staff, the Director of Quality Management will serve as a partner to much of the hospital.
