This outstanding Healthcare Management organization is actively interviewing for a Corporate Compliance Coordinator to lead day-to-day Accreditation operations. Established over 20 years ago, this Medical Management organization offers comprehensive tools and services to a wide range of healthcare participants including independent physicians, medical groups, hospitals, ambulatory centers, clinic networks, health plans, and payers. The Corporate Compliance Coordinator will play an integral part in leading daily operations that support this company’s strategic plan.
Reporting to the Director of Accreditation and Corporate Compliance, the Corporate Compliance Coordinator will play an integral role in keeping the health plan’s operations running smoothly and in accordance with regulatory requirements. This person will work closely with Utilization and Medical Review personnel, clinical administrators, regulatory administrators and officers, and a diverse array of healthcare leaders to progress accreditation projects and maintain regulatory standards.
This Medical Operations Management organization is looking for a strong, compliance-focused person, with a working understanding of diverse legal and regulatory frameworks, healthcare administration models, and internal audit procedures. The Compliance Coordinator will work closely with programs like NCQA, URAC, HHS, and CMS to manage regular data collection, survey readiness, and reporting. This position does not require clinical licensure, but will require strong experience leading and controlling accreditation standards.
The Coordinator of Corporate Compliance will lead internal and client audits to discover points of non-compliance, and will work with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure the organization and its partners are meeting all contractual requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished compliance professional who’d like to grow and develop within the healthcare industry. This person will be asked to meet with governmental and NGO regulators, representing both the hiring organizations and its contracted partners.
