A great leadership position is currently available for a Manager of Hospital Technology Systems at an established community hospital in Oregon.

The Manager of Hospital Technology Systems will join a community hospital that has spent over 100 years dedicated to providing optimal healthcare to its patients. This thriving community hospital has since expanded and provides many inpatient and outpatient services. These services include emergency services, birthing center, behavioral health, home health, and much more.

The Manager of Hospital Technology Systems will report to the Director of Information Technology on a weekly basis to remain updated and ensure the hospital's technology is operating correctly. The Manager will be supported by an IT Supervisor who will assist in overseeing multiple infrastructure technologies. The Manager will also work closely with multiple departmental staff and leadership members to ensure records systems and technology are operating smoothly and troubleshoot any issues when needed.

The Manager of Hospital Technology Systems will have the opportunity to create a vision and implement the appropriate information and technology needed to support the hospital's mission and be competitive in the marketplace. As the Manager, you will partner with the Director to create strategic and long-term goals that will need to be created and implemented for the department to be successful. At the same time, the Manager will supervise department staff and oversee multiple activities, including telecommunications, networking, security management and site maintenance. Working closely with the Director, the Manager will also manage the fiscal administration duties and ensure the department functions properly within the budget.
