A wonderful new opportunity has become available for an Interim PACU Manager at an acute care hospital outside of Kirtland, New Mexico. This hospital specifically has 215 patient beds, as well as a highly recognized Level III Trauma Center providing healthcare for the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.
The Interim PACU Manager will provide a nurturing environment for the department including their direct reports. The Nurse manager will be responsible for quality of care provided by the nurses and will direct the nurses in a business unit while upholding standards of patient care. Interim Nurse Manager will report to the Director of Perioperative Services, and will collaborate with other department directors. With 30 FTES reporting up to them, the Manager is preferred to have previous experience in a similar role, or looking to make a step up from a Manager role. 3-4 years of clinical nursing experience related to similar field is required for consideration at this time, as well as a current in state CA nursing license.
