Nurse Manager Quality Performance Improvement

An exciting new opportunity is available with a renowned Healthcare facility in Northern Idaho who is looking for a Nurse Manager Quality Performance Improvement to join their dedicated staff.

This state-of-the-art facility features over 300 beds and offers a wide range of acute inpatient and outpatient services to the surrounding community. The Nurse Manager Quality Performance Improvement will be joining a hospital that is DNV Accredited and has been recognized state-wide and nationally for excellence in quality and patient safety by organizations such as Healthgrades, U.S. News and World Report, and the American Heart Association. The facility holds a Level II Trauma designation and has been ranked in the Top 150 Places to Work in Healthcare nationwide.

The RN Manager Quality will report directly to the facility’s Quality Director. They will also be supported by a talented team of Nurse Coordinators and Staff RNs throughout the department, as well as other departmental teams hospital-wide. The Nurse Manager will regularly coordinate with other unit leaders to ensure the highest quality of patient care is being met.

The Nurse Manager Quality Performance Improvement will provide direct oversight and evaluation of patient care throughout their designated unit. They will spearhead the collection and interpretation of patient data to ensure that the quality of care being provided is in accordance with hospital regulations. The RN Manager will implement practices targeted at the constant evaluation and improvement of quality program efficacy. This person will also serve as a leader and mentor to other subsidiary staff members to ensure cohesiveness and efficiency throughout the department.
