This active Surgical Services Department has 9 ORs and performs over 7,500 cases annually. The surgical services team uses robotics to perform diverse cases including orthopedics, thoracic, vascular, cardiac, open heart cases, general surgery and more.

Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services, the Inpatient Surgery RN Manager will be a leader across the entire service line including OR, PACU, Same-Day Surgery, GI, and Sterile Processing. The Operating Room Clinical Nursing Manager will promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Operating Room Clinical Nursing Manager will mentor, coach, and manage staff to ensure quality patient care and improve patient satisfaction. The will also lead efforts to collect and analyze data to evaluate performance improvement projects and be an influential change agent shaping the long-term growth of the service line.
