The Staff Recruiter will report to the Director of Human Resources. This Recruiter will use their previous healthcare recruiting experience to assist the department with full-cycle recruiting. The Recruiter will have the responsibility to recruit, interview, and onboard physicians and nurses. This person will use the hospital's mission and long-term goals in order to source and attract professionals who will align with and project the hospital's vision.
