A small community hospital in Southern California is looking a Surgical Services Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager will oversee the operations of four (4) operating rooms and work with fellow perioperative clinical leaders to ensure high quality patient care is provided.
The Surgery Nurse Manager will be proud to work at a hospital rated in the top 5% of the hospitals nationwide for clinical excellence and as one of 12 hospitals in the state as a prominent hospital for clinical excellence. In addition, this medical center has a great local reputation and was one of the first in the area to perform Gender Confirmation Surgery.
The advanced team of surgical services professionals work cohesively as a team. The surgeons, anesthesiologist, allied health professionals and RNs are proud to have quality patient outcomes. The hospital’s surgery program is led by area renowned surgeons and they provided advanced minimally invasive surgical options, inpatient and outpatient surgery.
The RN Manager for Surgical Services will report to the Nurse Director of Perioperative Services that has shown great tenure in their position. This hospital has limited turnover and prides itself for their consistent effort to promote from within.
The hospital is located in an ideal location outside of downtown LA, yet close enough to be easily accessible from much of Western LA County.
