The RN Education Director will join a team that is passionate about delivering the highest quality of care to the community. This innovative facility provides a wide network of dedicated, highly trained and skilled staff and its affiliates. The services include Emergency, Cardiovascular, Neurology, Surgical, Intensive Care, Women’s Services and more.

The RN Clinical Education Director for this exemplary facility will oversee the development and advancement of clinical education for clinical staff and patient care. The Nurse Director Educator will lead the day-to-day operations creating educational programming opportunities, cross collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and observing education and clinical support compliance with federal and state regulations. The Nurse Director Educator will take oversight of department budgetary maintenance, adequate staffing levels and compliance and revise programs based on outcomes of high quality.

The Nurse Education Director will have a strong Clinical Education background. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is welcomed, still a Master’s Degree in Nursing is ideal. The Nurse Educator Director will have leadership experience and will provide a continuous and safe learning environment that will empower clinical excellence.
