Substance Abuse Treatment Program Director

A fully accredited behavioral health hospital located in central New Jersey is currently searching for an experienced LCSW Certified Clinical Director of Alcohol and Drug Counseling to join their award-winning team.

Under limited supervision of the Vice President of Patient Care Services, the Clinical Director will lead the substance abuse counseling services for the organization. This organization is proud to offer a number of services to help patients regain control from addition including Intensive Outpatient Programs, Dual Diagnosis, Prescription Drug Addiction Treatment, Illegal Drug Addiction Treatment, and Alcoholic Addiction Treatment. The Clinical Director will oversee the personnel management, quality assurance and performance improvement, and fiscal budget of the service line and ensure alignment with organization vision and mission.

The Clinical Director must be a certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCAD) with a Master’s degree or higher. Prior experience as an administrative leader working in a substance abuse treatment setting is required.
