Come and join the outstanding team at this beautiful outpatient facility within close proximity to the major metropolitan area of Fort Worth. This fast-paced, 3-Operating Suite surgery center offers a broad range of outpatient surgical specialties to patients in the surrounding communities, including general, ortho, neuro, pain management, ENT, plastics, and ophthalmology. This tight-knit ASC team is prepared to provide excellent, individualized care to each patient requiring ambulatory surgery.
The Surgery Center Nursing Director will report directly to the ASC Chief Executive Officer CEO and will serve as an integral member of the leadership team. Overseeing the preoperative, intraoperative, post-anesthesia recovery, and sterile processing areas, the RN Director Surgery Center will serve as a liaison between all surgical staff, as well as patients and their family members. Responsibilities will include: maintaining accreditation of the ASC, serving as a member of the Board of Directors, developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships among staff and physicians, as well as managing all daily operations, annual budget, and performance improvement activities.
The ideal candidate for this role will maintain a strong background in Operating Room nursing, circulating, and scrubbing, in addition to multispecialty ASC experience.
