Account Representative

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY:  Responsible for the timely and accurate coordination of health screenings and client services. 

SPECIFIC DUTIES: 

Level 1:

• Schedule and coordinate health screenings.
• Create appointment schedule and consent/requisition forms.
• Assist participants with event registration (appointment) via phone.
• Utilize Oracle software for wellness address/order entry, generate return materials authorization.
• Maintain client folder and client requirement document.
• Act as backup for other account representatives.
• Research and correct processing errors and pending list.
• Review and enter exam vendor invoices for payment and billing to clients.
• Answer client/participant inquiries.
• Interact with exam vendors to coordinate individual participant events with clients and clinic providers; problem solve as needed to ensure positive participant experience.
  • Alert Wellness Supervisor of any updates to database to ensure accuracy of clinic information.
  • Send protocols to clinics and answer related questions.
  • Provide geo match as requested.
• Communicate sales opportunities to the Account Sales team.
• Perform the duties of Wellness Specialists as needed.
• Provide status reports on determined client frequency.
• Facilitate client/ operations calls.
• Keep management updated on a regular basis of any problem areas for corrective action.
• Maintain and encourage a positive work environment.
• Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all CRL and client information.
• Be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations that would apply to this job.
• Keep work area neat and clean.

Level 2:

• Perform duties of Account Representative Level 1.
• Schedule and educate examiners on screening procedures.
• Track volume of samples and issues received on a daily, monthly and yearly basis for each account and exam company.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:  High School Diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:  2 years event coordination or customer service experience.

• Must be accurate and detail oriented
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer client contact skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to be at work and on time
• Ability and judgment to interact and communicate appropriately with other employees, clients and management

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Sitting for prolong periods of time; lifting up to 30 lbs.       

EQUIPMENT:   PC and communications equipment.

OTHER:  Overtime and weekend work as necessary according to workload.
