GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for providing support to Client Services; gather and document business requirements (stories); monitor task list(s) and associated status.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Define business need, assess capability gaps, determine solution approach, define solution scope, and define business case for proposed project initiatives
- Ensure quality of delivered initiatives by identifying and involving stakeholders, documenting agile stories, and defining business rules/requirements.
- Ability to assess, communicate and ensure that the technical solution (design) meets the business objective outlined in stories.
- Ensure the quality of the technical solution to requested business functionality by performing user acceptance testing, communicating and prioritizing defects and the remediations.
- Ensure effective implementations and operational readiness by working with operational SME’s to assess training needs, conduct training sessions and informational meetings.
- Maintain personal productivity by prioritizing own work to meet timelines established by manager, and by tracking personal time against assignments.
- Research and resolve business problems by identifying root causes, gathering input from key stakeholders, and researching and recommending appropriate solution options.
- Identify opportunities for improving business processes through information system and non-system driven changes, working with management to determine business need and priorities.
- Improve the efficiency, quality and performance of Client Services by analyzing and documenting processes, systems, and business operations at direction of management.
- Prioritize, organize, specify, model, validate requirements, and document assumptions and constraints.
- Maintain effective operations by analyzing and resolving production problems according to priorities and time frames outlined by management.
- Provide technical consulting to external clients regarding CRL services.
- Liaison between various departments and members of the development team.
- Initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
- Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all CRL, CRL subsidiaries, legal entities and client information.
- Be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations that would apply to this job.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year experience in documenting business requirements
- 1 year experience with business process analysis and implementation
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction or as part of a team.
- Should be proactive, methodical, and require little oversight to remain productive and effective.
- Possess strong business process knowledge and the ability to translate performance gaps into improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to act professionally and build relationships with all organizational levels.
- Ability to actively seek to involve all parties impacted by a specific action or activity.
- Learns quickly and works well under pressure with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented, proven problem solver and analytical thinking with exceptional organization skills.
- Must be objective, fair, and consistent with sound judgement and ability to make difficult decisions.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office and Visio.
- Ability to be at work and on time
- Ability and judgment to interact and communicate appropriately with other employees, clients and management
