Position Overview
You will be working with a top-notch team of skilled professionals to plan, develop, and execute test protocols to ensure the quality of product releases. You will take part in selecting tools and practices for V&V planning and execution, be involved in reviewing system requirements, and counted on to deliver quality, timely test plans and reports to support company needs. This is a hybrid work from home position, with 3 days in the office per week.
What you will be doing
- Creating and maintaining a robust and modular set of test protocols, matching product requirements.
- Planning, coordinating, executing, and documenting effective testing activities.
- Analyzing test results, and compiling test reports that measure product quality.
- Influencing methodologies and tools selection for effective testing, including test automation design and implementation.
- Working with external third-party providers for acquiring testing tools and services as necessary.
- Participate in reviewing product requirements, to ensure testability.
- Collaborating with R&D and Quality teammates to improve solutions, share best practices and learn from one another.
What you will need to be successful
- 4 years' experience in product-oriented software testing, including writing and executing test protocols.
- Experience with scripting tools such as Java, Javascript, Perl and/or Python.
- Associate / BSc in Computer Science or similar related field.
- Strong initiative and collaboration skills to work in a team.
- Experience with testing tools and practices in a regulated environment, including familiarity with agile development and automation tools.
- Good understanding of Design Controls and regulatory compliance, with relevant experience.
- Ability to quickly understand system requirements, behavior, complaints, and software bugs.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
