Shift: 3-11p, weekend rotation required
Requirements:
- Covid vaccine
- BLS (through American Heart Association)
- 2 years Med/Surg experience
- EPIC EMR experience
- Geriatric experience
- Memory care experience highly preferred
- Travel experience preferred
- Proof of immunizations (MMR, Varicella, TB, TDAP, etc)
