Our marketplace model means Certified Nursing Assistants, like you, choose if and when they want to book a shift, and how frequently they want to work shifts at participating healthcare facilities. You can use the marketplace to achieve whatever schedule you’re looking for, from occasional shifts to supplement your income from time to time, to more consistent shifts that fill your week.

How does our marketplace work?:

Clipboard Health’s marketplace connects healthcare facilities and independent healthcare professionals, allowing CNAs to book on-demand shifts and healthcare facilities to access on-demand talent. Our easy-to-use app allows participating healthcare facilities to post available shifts, and professionals to find and sign up for open shifts at facilities near them.

What steps should I take to get ready to use Clipboard Health’s Marketplace?:

To access Clipboard Health’s Marketplace, you’ll need:

• Smartphone (iOS or Android)
• Active Nursing License/Certification
• Active Driver’s License/State I.D.
• CPR/BLS certification
• TB Test (completed in the last year)

Please note that additional documents and steps may be requested as part of the sign-up process, depending on your state and/or requirements of certain participating healthcare facilities; and a background check is required.
