CLMBR is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and detail-orientated Email Marketing Manager to help shape and lead CLMBR’s email and SMS marketing programs. Working alongside CLMBR’s marketing & design teams you will own high-level strategy, day-to-day execution, operations, and analytics of all of our lifecycle marketing programs.

  • This is a Denver based/in-office/hybrid position.
Compensation:

$85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage analytics and insights to create triggered and blast campaigns, flows, & personalized creatives with the goal of driving increased sales & retention
  • Work collaboratively with marketing & design teams ensuring creative needs are being relayed efficiently, all with a goal of improving performance
  • Partner with CLMBR D2C and retail teams to develop and implement best-in-class marketing programs
  • Develop measurable creative strategies to improve engagement and conversion
  • Organize, monitor, and review analytics, reporting, and optimization
  • Maintain healthy email deliverability and ensure all activities are CAN-SPAM compliant
  • Drive subscription sign-up to existing owners who are not yet signed up for a subscription
  • Drive CRM through an email communications strategy that engages and delights our customer base
  • Stay up to date on lifecycle marketing news and updates

Qualifications:

  • Strategize and analyze the performance of ongoing campaigns in order to optimize towards KPIs
  • Strong communications and writing skills
  • Manage and spearhead the creative process involved in executing effective email programs
  • Originate a content calendar and optimize the creative process
  • Managing a variety of email campaigns and flows focused on the customer lifecycle and its different objectives, Awareness, Nurture and Education, Conversion and Retention
  • Deep working knowledge of Klaviyo or a similar email platform
  • Improving engagement, conversion, and retention via email and SMS channels.
  • Thinking high level while also getting your hands dirty and executing on a day-to-day basis
