Floor Manager
Job Description:
The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that all employees are trained and are able to deliver the highest quality of guest service. The manager will also oversee the hiring and training of new employees. The manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is clean and organized at all times. The manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the store is stocked with supplies and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests.
Essential Functions:
·Ensures all associates are trained in all aspects of the business
·Ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety rules
·Coordinates food orders with kitchen staff and oversees quality control
·Coordinates inventory with other departments such as food, beverage, and front office staff
·Coordinates payroll with HR department and other departments as necessary
·Ensures compliance with labor laws and employee health care regulations
·Ensures compliance with company policies regarding safety, security, and cleanliness
·Maintains positive relationships with co-workers and customers by providing professional service through empathy, understanding, integrity, and cooperation
·Performs other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
·High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of (3) three to (5) five years with an emphasis on management preferred.
·Must be able to pass a criminal background check required by applicable laws or regulations.
·Must have a minimum of (1) year previous experience in a high-volume dining environment.
·Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; as well as weekends consistently throughout the year.
·Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
