Description
The Shop worker is responsible for operating manufacturing machinery and completing processes within the plant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Shop Worker Duties:
- Operate all machinery used in the manufacturing process
- Perform accurate fabrication of products (including custom closets, organization systems, and accessories)
- Inspect and pack product for safe delivery
- Operate forklift
- Maintain a safe environment
- Maintain shop cleanliness
- Perform other duties as assigned

Shop Worker Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Some college preferred
Experience:
1 years’ CNC experience and/or wood manufacturing experience
CNC programming a plus.
Computer Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Work Environment:
The duties of this position will reside in a manufacturing setting, with limited climate control.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
