What we are looking for in a Sales Associate:

• Those who have knowledge and experience with our industry products such as CBD, Hookah, Vapes, Glass pipes, etc.
• One who has discipline, interest or passion for this industry, and is a motivated self-starter.
• Willing to train those who are looking to grow with the company and develop a career with us.
• We are looking for sale associates, assistant managers, and store managers to join one of our 20 store locations.

Job Description

• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting every guest every time.
• Make a genuine connection with guests by engaging in friendly and conversation throughout each transaction; asking open ended questions about the guest’s shopping experience and using those questions to assess, understand, and determine how to tailor your approach.
• Speak on the benefits of the rewards points with every guest and assist them through the application process.
• Maintain a clean, clutter free work area (including gathering abandoned items, trash, loose papers, food, etc.)
• Stock supplies during store open hours while being available for the guest.
• Compensation is $10hr plus commission
