What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities and assigning team members to designated client projects. With your oversight and influence objectives are accomplished within the established parameters and all details are reconciled appropriately. You will be the primary and key Nextworld contact with client personnel and business partner resources to accomplish project objectives and are crucial in the overall relationship management for the client.

Requirements

  • Own the success of the software implementations
  • Establish lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with and lead client personnel and project team members to ensure that proposed solutions and client expectations are congruent.
  • Develop and manage project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Execute appropriate change management procedures.
  • Monitor project team member activities and project task assignments.
  • Manage project work plans and adjust schedules, work assignments, and project team personnel as needed.
  • Review and approve all project deliverables.
  • Ensure overall client success and reference ability.
  • Identify and monitor ongoing client issues and drive them to appropriate resolutions.

What We’d Like to See

  • Three years of experience in the following:
    • Previous software implementation experience preferably in Enterprise Resource Platforms.
    • Experience with enterprise-grade applications such as Financials, Procurement, Sales, MRP, Warehouse Management, and/or supply chain management systems
    • Previous experience with requirements gathering scope of work definition, work organization, and assessment of work progress.
    • Managing complex projects with multiple workstreams, shareholders, and teams. 
  • Analytical thinker with an independent problem-solving mindset
  • Expert relationship management skills, especially with sophisticated customers with complex requirements
  • Four-year degree with an emphasis in a technical or business specialty, or 5 years of previous project leadership work experience.
